9:05 - 12:30 Wrote a large portion of new chapter 21. Realized that I have to do a tiny bit of research for the remainder of said chapter, and that I work at 1.

1:00 - 6:00 Work shift/researching for chapter.

6:04 - 8:30 Revised chapter 22

Took in a rescue pug and spent two days acclimating her to the pack.

9:32 Wake up and realize I cannot sleep any longer even though I'd really, really like to....make coffee and take a pug outside instead.

9:40-10:54 BS around on the internet. Look at clock and realize how much time I've wasted. Goodbye for now....off to be a productive member of my writing world!

Visited alpacas and hung out with the college buds.

Banned self from internet activities (ANY!) until 10 p.m. As a result, I was amazingly productive and am finished up through chapter 18 with revisions and writing new blocks. This is more amazing than it sounds since the chapter numbers and lengths have changed a zillion times. I am pleased and may ban myself from online life in the future!

Finished rewrites/revisions up through chapter 13 around chores, work, and Mom dropping by in the evening. Who knew that I would be so industrious? :P

7:15 - 8:55 Breakfast, walked puglets, Random chores, etc.

9:00 -11:07 Work shift/chores

I swear that writing/editing shall be accomplished this day! :)

11:08-12:58 Wrote 2/3 of chapter 10, raked some leaves to get the blood flowing to my noggin.

12:59-6:00 Work shift/raked leaves/dabbled with the remainder of chapter 10 between work duties.

6:00-6:11 Finished chapter 10, revised chapter 11 AGAIN to fit the new content of 10. Blorp.

Life Day

Hung out all day like a slug with the hubs who is rarely free from working his two jobs lately - YAY!

Soooooo...slept in reealllly late this morning....then went and found awesome pants deal for the hubs in which four pairs were literally the original cost of one - SCORE!

Wrote first sentence of "new idea/character" to get it out of my mind/prevent it from hounding my brain.

Revised one chapter quite diligently....I love editing/work tinkering. Yes, I'm strange.

Now, I'm starving because apparently scones are not a hearty, stick-with-you food....who knew? Am currently musing about my food options AND how to write the next new chapters....

7:38 Wrote a new chapter 6 (short but important!) and revised chapter 7 as well. Would like to revise a few more chapters tonight.

9:49 Revised chapters 8, 9, and 11...must now think of writing a new 10 and 12...

Have accomplished nigh unto nothing.

Can't get a different character from a completely different story to shut up long enough to let me revise this one.

May end up NaNoWriMoing after all....SIGH.

I need a nap, but won't get one...

Tomorrow, writing/revising the hell out of the world.

On a weird side note: re-reading the entries from the past few days has really made me feel like a lazy toad...too bad I've already committed to a social function, or I would work my ass off tonight to disprove the lazy toad theory...alas, shall have to do that tomorrow.

8:58 Woke up with a headache, managed to walk the pugs and start some laundry. We'll see how I fair with a day-long work shift...maybe I can mainline caffeine and edit between work stuff....maybe


Yeah, nothing got done. Did a lot of thinking, but none of it made it onto the page.

Erm...so I've re-organized my writing schedule because I've realized (once again) that I can't revise AND rewrite at the same time...silly me. However, now I'm way tired and crazy un-motivated.

Other things I've done today: work, leaf raking, laundry, grocery store run....

Now, let's see if I can motivate my butt to revise tonight...

.....Finally revised one chapter, and then watched NCIS.

I need to kick my butt into gear with more coffee.

7:15-9:00 Wake up hating a certain whiny puglet, breakfast, walk pugs at park, talk to Mom

9:00-10:46 Work shift

10:46 Promise myself to accomplish something writing related in hour break between shifts. Lament that it's November....urg drafting.

10:47-1:00 Burn garbage, wash dishes, do other house-related chores, revise one chapter

1:00-5:48 Work shift, revise entry/submit to contest/worry that entry did not really go through

5:48-6:43 Walk pugs, dither around, try to rally energy to do other writing chores on the writing list, check blogs/twitter/other time wasting things...

6:45-7:30 Shower, eat giant bowl of mini-wheats, listen to creep-tastic music in preparation for writing

7:30-10:20 Write new chapter and revised the other chapter - finished my goals for the day! Am up almost 1K...nice to see the word count going up instead of down again.

Blurg, so tired...am done....zzzz...
